I have been helping people to lose weight and maintain that weight loss for over ten years.

It is my belief that the dieting industry has made weight loss more complicated than it actually is. The primary reason for weight gain is comfort eating. People eat for reasons other than hunger: boredom, relaxation, reward, and consolation for example. The actual key to becoming slim is to learn to listen to your own body, something that ordinary diets do not allow us to do.

I am absolutely passionate about the work that I do regarding weight loss, as I believe that when a person feels completely comfortable within their own skin they are then able to excel in other areas of their life.
