As a professor working long hours I always found dieting a struggle as often after a long day I was tempted to seek comfort in food. Meeting Judi was a revelation as she understood my busy schedule and managed to convince me that when I came in from work my first stop should be to check my pedometer, to ensure that I had done enough steps rather than heading for the fridge! It is a year since I saw Judi and I am still at my target weight. I feel good, I look good and I owe it all to Judi Butler.
